Hong Kong protected IP: distinguish user routes from attack direction
Review CN-direction defense, the overseas option, legitimate bandwidth and origin routing.

Location alone does not define protection scope
Hong Kong entry points can serve users in several regions. WAFPRO’s listed Hong Kong defense figures apply to the CN direction; overseas-direction defense is a separate option. Confirm user routes, attack scope and origin paths independently.
Unmetered describes the charging model
The overseas-direction option adds CNY 5,000 per month. Within service terms and available mitigation capacity, attacks are not additionally billed by count or traffic volume. It is not infinite physical bandwidth; legitimate bandwidth is a separate specification.
Validate cross-region paths with real operations
Test sign-in, APIs and persistent connections from key regions and access networks. If the origin is elsewhere, evaluate the post-mitigation path as well; an entry-IP ping does not represent the entire service.
Coordinate partner changes
Before changing entry points, review partner allowlists, certificates, callbacks and client caches. Record the CN plan, overseas option, price, protocols and validation results in one configuration confirmation.
