Start with your domains. Choose the certificate and confirm delivery.
Compare single-domain, multi-domain and wildcard DV certificates. Confirm the brand, service period and price, then complete validation, issuance and deployment.
Opens WeCom for assisted ordering. Payment does not complete domain validation. After issuance, the certificate still needs to be installed at your HTTPS endpoint.

CERTIFICATE OPTIONS
Choose by domain coverage
CERTIFICATE 01
Single-domain DV
One specific website or API hostname
www.example.com
Request a quote
Brand, service period and total price confirmed by support
Domain coverage
Issued for the exact hostnames listed in your order. Confirm separately whether both the root domain and www are included.
Key limitations
For additional domains, confirm whether separate certificates or a multi-domain product are needed.
Validation
Domain-control validation (DV), using the method required by the CA and order
Opens WeCom for assisted ordering. After accepting the quote, submit the required information and complete domain validation.
BEFORE YOU PAY
Confirm the full scope of your quote
Product and coverage
Confirm the available CA or brand, certificate type, all domains and additional-domain fees. DV verifies domain control; it does not verify a company’s identity.
Period and fees
Confirm the service period, each certificate’s validity, reissuance fees and renewal fees separately. A longer service period does not make one certificate valid for that entire period.
Validation and issuance
Confirm supported DNS, file-based or other validation methods, required information, and responsibility for CSR and private-key generation. Completing validation does not guarantee immediate issuance; CA checks still apply.
Delivery and renewal
Confirm file format, certificate chain, installation responsibility, delivery channel and expiry reminders. Automatic payment renewal, issuance and deployment are separate services.
FROM SELECTION TO DELIVERY
Four steps from selection to delivery
01
Choose a certificate
Send support your domain list. Confirm the available product, period, fees and service terms before approving the order.
Confirm together with support
02
Submit information
Provide the domains, deployment environment, validation contact, CSR and any other required details. The agreed responsible party must keep the private key secure.
Prepare the order’s required information
03
Validate your domains
Add the validation records or files required for this order. Confirm the method for wildcard certificates separately. Do not reuse validation values from old orders.
Domain administration access required
04
Issue and deliver
After CA approval, receive the certificate and required chain, then install them as agreed. Verify domain matching, validity and real HTTPS access.
Deployment checks follow issuance
KEEP HTTPS WORKING
After renewal, verify the new certificate is live
Track expiry dates
Record each certificate’s domains, expiry, deployment locations and owner. Arrange renewal with the service team in advance.
Confirm reissuance
Repeat validation and issuance when the CA or order requires it. Before ordering, confirm whether reissuance is included during the service period and how it is billed.
Deploy and verify
Install the new certificate at the actual HTTPS endpoint and inspect the certificate served to clients. Payment or issuance does not automatically deploy it.
No. It opens assisted service in WeCom. Confirm the product, domains, service period, fees and terms, then submit the required information and complete CA domain validation.
Are the service period and certificate validity the same?+
No. Confirm the order period and each certificate’s validity separately. Validation, reissuance and deployment may still be needed during the service period; the order determines whether these are included.
How long does issuance take?+
Issuance depends on complete application details, domain validation, CAA configuration and CA checks. Ask support about the current supplier’s process. Historical issuance times are not a promise for your order.
Who installs the certificate?+
Before ordering, agree on formats, chain files, CSR and private-key responsibilities, delivery and installation scope. Keep the private key secure. Issuance does not mean the certificate is already installed.
Are warranties, automatic renewals or refunds included?+
If offered, confirm the eligible customer, scope, conditions and current supplier terms before payment. Automatic payment renewal, issuance and deployment are separate services governed by the order.
